The torus-and-cove profile produced by this bit make an excellent edge detail or molding. The pilot bearing allows you to make template-guided cuts with the bit. Use in a handheld or table-mounted router. Cut half-round grooves for fluted moldings, columns, millwork and signs using a core box bit. Used with an edge guide, it can cut coves.
