508400-1 Carbide Tipped Adjustable ACM Scoring Set 8 Inch Dia x 2x20T, 18 Deg, 1 Bore

This set contains two carbide tipped saw blades and a shim set. This unique system can be widely used for scoring many cladding materials (wall coverings) such as Alucobond®, Alupanel®, Dibond®, ALPOLIC® CCM, Trespa®, Durabond and more. The materials are used on facades and interior wall surfaces that can be found in office buildings, hospitals, convention centers, airports and hotels, along with exterior signage.

*ACP is a type of ACM flat panel that consists of two thin aluminum sheets bonded to a non-aluminum core. ACPs are frequently used for external cladding or facades of buildings, insulation, and signage. **Durabond is a polyethylene core with 0.3mm colored aluminum sheet on either side, pre-finished requiring no decoration.

Cutting V-shaped grooves with flat bottoms, whereby the aluminum cover and a part of the core is removed, allows for folding the remaining material by hand.

Warning: This set requires a custom zero clearance throat plate.
