Carbide Double Edge Folding 'V' Groove Aluminum Titanium Nitride (AlTiN) Coated Router Bits for Shaping Titanium Composite Material (TCM) Panels
The carbide cutting tip is brazed to a steel shank specially designed to cut grooves in composite building materials. These bits are widely used as cladding for many diverse applications such as office buildings, hospitals, convention centers, airports, hotels. Routing V-shaped grooves, whereby the steel cover and a part of the polyethylene core is removed, allows folding/creasing the remaining material by hand.
Designed for cutting and scoring steel sandwich materials including:
- Steel Composite Material (SCM)
- Titanium Composite Material (TCM)
